Case 4 in PW1 was really great because of the overwhelming odds against Phoenix that he seems to rip apart by the end. Von Karma's only appearance is full of fun reactions and slicing dialogue.
Case 4 in Justice for All was also something else. The investigation was a tad annoying but I absolutely loved getting to choose how I won the case. The look on his face...!
And of course the last case in Trials and Tribulations was as epic as they get. Everyone and everything comes full circle. If I had to pick one of these, I'd pick this one.
