No water. use rubbing alchol, or alcohol prep towlets. It is the best for cleaning electronics. It is safe, but do not imerse or soak your DS, the screens may go bad. Al. cleans best %26amp; drys quick but in large ammounts, it could also carry dirt in to the screen %26amp; its contacts.
Yes you can. use a damp cloth, not wet.
One of those black cloth ones with the plastic? You can wash it but DON'T dry it, the plastic will melt, just let it air dry.
